Salary: $35-$65 per class

We are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic Pilates Instructor (Reformer) for Club Pilates in Avon who can teach innovative and engaging group classes to our members. Join one of the fastest-growing fitness Clubs and work with the leaders in the Pilates industry, apply today!

Hiring preference given to instructors available after 5:00 pm on weekdays. Block scheduling with 3-4 consecutive classes currently available Monday to Friday evenings.

Qualifications:

500-hour comprehensive Pilates education

Outstanding interpersonal skills, customer service skills, organization

Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises

Motivated to helping others improve their lives through health and fitness

Punctual, reliable, and dedicated

Available early mornings, evenings, and weekends required

Responsibilities:

Perform Pilates classes, group apparatus classes, and private sessions

Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style

Demonstrate anatomical knowledge

Ensure a safe, yet creative group experience

Maintain studio tidiness

Inspect the equipment is in good working order and safe to use

Demonstrate exceptional punctuality and reliability

Participate in grassroots events as needed to generate new business for the studio
