Work Location: In-person at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy – Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
Schedule: Per Diem. Thursday mornings (7–11am) required \+ optional additional hours to fit your schedule
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on schedule/experience/classes)

About the Role

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead small group classes and private sessions. This is a unique opportunity to work with clients who are transitioning from physical therapy into Pilates, helping them rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in a supportive environment.

As part of our team, you will:

• Teach reformer classes (up to 8 participants) and 1:1 sessions
• Modify and progress exercises for all fitness levels and recovery stages
• Create a welcoming, positive, and motivating class environment
• Represent Spine & Sport with professionalism and reliability

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (required)
