Refrigeration Appliance Repair Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled Refrigeration Appliance Repair Technicians to join a growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain home appliances while delivering excellent customer service. This position offers a supportive team environment, no nights or weekends, and ongoing training to help you succeed and grow in your career.

Employment Type: Full time-$60,000 - $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and refrigeration equipment.

• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.

• Communicate effectively with customers about service needs and solutions.

• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company resources.

• Collect payment for completed work.

• Maintain an organized work vehicle and complete reports accurately.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• EPA certification (Type 1 or Universal) required.

• At least one year of experience in appliance repair is preferred.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality.

• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Location: Concord, New Hampshire.

• Salary range: $60,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience.
