Refrigerator Appliance Repair Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Refrigerator Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy diagnosing and repairing household appliances, thrive on solving problems, and are passionate about delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and microwaves.

• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.

• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of repair needs.

• Order parts and manage efficient use of company materials.

• Collect payment for work performed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Skills:

• EPA certification and sealed system repair experience.

Location & Compensation:

• Location: Vancouver, WA

• Compensation: Minimum $20/hour with potential to exceed $60/hour based on experience and performance. Opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
