    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY: The role of Account Executive will be an independent, proactive thinker who will directly generate advertising sales of Refuel Agencies media tactics including Digital, Media & Print. This role will work closely with the Director to ensure account coverage, prospecting levels, proposal activity and closed sales goals are being met.

    THIS POSITION WILL BE PRIMARILY REMOTE UNTIL REFUEL RETURNS TO THE OFFICE AFTER COVID

    PRIMARY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Identify, uncover, and develop account opportunities and generate revenue and profit for company

    · Prospect and develop new customer relationships, persuasively communicates strategies for meeting customer needs

    · Up selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships

    · Drives for revenue goal attainment, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

    · Develop and deliver custom sales presentations

    · Determines sales opportunity pricing based on guidelines from management

    · Negotiates with clients with management approval

    · Ensures customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with internal team

    · Excellent ability to properly qualify projects to maximize an efficient sales cycle

    The ideal candidate must be:

    · A high-energy strategic thinker who can thrive in a roles of sales prospector, hunter, closer building Refuel Agencies revenue as well as working internally to develop out our media network and media packages that will drive increased sales.

    · Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional client service

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    · Experience in media space, preferably Youth

    · Strong skills with Microsoft Office- including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

    · Ability to successfully build relationships both internally and externally is vital to success in this role

    · Detail oriented, passionate, and thrives in fast-paced environment – leave no stone unturned

    · Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

    · The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.

    · Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.

    · In addition, troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements is essential.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · 3 years media sales experience in OOH, digital, email, print or radio media space

    · Experience calling on both advertisers’ direct and advertising agencies required.

    · Strong understanding of operational structure for place based out of home media network

    · Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in marketing, public relations, business or communications or relevant job experience

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    · Up to 15 % travel as needed

    · Seasonality of the business may require additional work hours

    · The applicant selected for this position may be required to complete a background check. Passing results must be received prior to start date in new position
