    ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE - B2B

    ABOUT US:

    We are a marketing & sales company that is currently hiring entry level individuals with a marketing and sales background for our entry level sales representative position. We currently do all of the outside B2B sales & marketing for fortune 500 companies in the US. We specialize in dealing with customers face-to-face on behalf of these companies to help them keep their existing customers happy and acquire new customers as well.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

    • Manage business (B2B) customer accounts
    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with business accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Entry level sales representative will work with a team to meet company and individual sales targets
    • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives for customers; follow up sales to guarantee satisfaction
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Engaging face-to-face with business customers
    • Represent the company with integrity and character to ensure both the client and customer are properly taken care of

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Associates Degree or higher
    • 1-2 years sales experience (recommended)
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong customer handling skills and active listening
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
