Regency staff positions are designed for knowledgeable and energetic individuals who share a passion for construction.

POSITION: Business Development Representative - Full-Time

COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary based upon experience.

EXPERIENCE: • Construction Business Development/Sales Experience- Minimum 5 Years • Multi-Family Housing and/or Large-Scale Renovation Background - Required • Architectural and/or Engineering Background - Recommended

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE: • Strong Sales and Business Development Skills • Strong Written & Verbal Communication/Presentation Skills • Strong Interpersonal & Negotiating Skills • Effective Communication Skills with Customers, Co-Employees, and Management • Ability to Meet Sales Goals • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, Multi-Task, Meet Strict Deadlines & Follow-Up • Ability to Act Professionally & Responsibly at All Times • Ability to Communicate & Collaborate with Other Management Team Members • Understanding Construction Industry Standards in Multi-Family Renovation • Understanding of Construction Project Estimating, Budgeting, Management and Scheduling • Proficient in English – Speaking, Reading and Writing • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Project, and Other Construction-Related Software • Organized, Dependable, Reliable, Self-Motivated, and Energetic • Available to Travel when necessary • Available Days, Evenings, and Weekends, if necessary
