Given the remote nature of the role, a comfort level with computers and insurance software is crucial. Responsibilities: • Stay abreast of market changes and rates • A good note-taker and problem-solver • Ability to learn new things • Comfortable using new software programs • Ability to answer 30-40 calls per day Qualifications: • Must have a Personal Lines Insurance Agent license • Positive attitude • Typing skills • Quiet home office • High-speed home internet connection • Be a responsible and reliable member of the team • Comfortable with taking a high volume of inbound calls • Complete our training and development courses • Completing tasks assigned in a fast-paced environment • Able to multitask • Manage multiple computer programs including CRM and carrier websites • Comfortable being on the phone • Ability to learn new things quickly • Self-motivated Compensation: $50,000 yearly
