    Job description

    Regency Management Services is the fastest growing furniture retailer in the United States, representing Regency Furniture, Ashley Homestores, Marlo Furniture and Raley’s Furniture . As Graphic Designer , you will collaborate to create strong retail ads that identify with our brands.

    The Graphic Designer will be responsible for preparing visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts, communicating brand positioning through externally directed mass communications, and providing creative art for assigned advertising campaigns including print work such as: newspaper ads, social ads, direct mail and collateral materials. This role will require strong collaboration across RMS’s Buying and Merchandising teams to translate product into trend.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Work with Director of Marketing and Advertising to establish and achieve creative objectives, strategies and goals for marketing campaigns
    • Conceptualize, design and implement creative graphics and content, both print and digital for a variety of marketing campaigns - on time and within budget
    • Develop and design layouts, inclusive of copy and images for sales collateral, digital ads, onsite promotional materials (banners, printed collateral), etc.
    • Create layouts, edit graphics for Company Websites and other Social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
    • Design and produce a wide variety of marketing deliverables including email, social media initiatives, direct mail pieces, and web page content
    • Assist with managing design revisions and approval of artwork and information accuracy

    Knowledge, education, skills and experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer role.
    • Relevant qualification retail design or equivalent experience
    • Fluent in Adobe Software including Illustrator and Photoshop and InDesign
    • Copywriting/proofing and experience in email marketing is a plus
    • Have a good level of business acumen, sound common sense and a genuine interest in the retail industry.
    • Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach.
    • Excellent planning, organizing and coordination skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy and a positive can-do attitude

    • Philadelphia, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

    Experience:

    • Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)
