Over twenty showrooms are conveniently located to allow our customers easy access throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and the Northern Virginia area.

    We currently have an opening for an “E-commerce Associate” full-time position. This position will directly support the Ecommerce department; but will also work closely with key stakeholders within the company to develop, analyze and improve our online sales performance.

    PRIMARY DUTIES

    • Answer customer phone calls.
    • Respond to customer emails.
    • Provide customer service support for E-commerce.
    • Receive, evaluate and answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Resolve Ecommerce-related issues.
    • Process online orders, and file invoices and related paperwork.
    • Respond to customer instant messages (online live chat).
    • Attend mandatory meetings.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Customer service experience.
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
    • Retail-related experience.
    • Sales-related experience.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Call center experience.
    • Experience managing and monitoring online sales.
    • Creative and takes initiative to improve business processes and online sales performance.

    EDUCATION

    High school diploma.
