    Job Description

    RegenLab® USA, a biotechnology and medical device company, is currently seeking an accomplished sales professional to join the team as a dedicated Territory Manager based in a Eastern Texas.

     

    Experience selling medical devices in the region to physicians, clinics, and hospitals is necessary. Call points include Orthopedics, Pain Management, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Medical Spas and Uro/Gyn. The ideal candidate should have both a proven record of success in outside sales and an established book of business.     1. Sell new regenerative medicine treatment options into various indicated medical disciplines.
    2. Daily face-to-face interaction with doctors, nurses, and office staff members to cultivate strong partnerships and generate new business through outside sales tactics.
    3. Master medical and biology terminology, sales practices and business acumen to conduct meetings with physicians, nursing staff, and C-suite members.
    4. Develop and implement daily strategies to maintain and/or expand sales in the defined territory.
    5. Focus on major strategic accounts and organizations.
    6. Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, creating Physician Champions.
    7. Prepare territory business plan for each account to identify the needs of both short and long- term customers.
    8. Submit annual territory budget and monthly forecasts.
    9. Serve as the point of contact for customers in the territory to ensure that any issues are promptly resolved.
    10. Participate in trade shows by representing the company and sharing information on products.
    11. Frequent communication and teamwork with our Clinical Science Liaison staff.
    12. Provide information on competitors, markets, products, ideas, laws and regulations, and other vital market information for future growth and new product development. Critical Requirements:
    13. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in science or business is required.
    14. At least four years of medical device sales experience and the ability to travel as necessary (potentially overnight and/or weekends) is required.
    15. Candidates must have a valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 states and a clean driving record.
    16. Experience increasing product utilization and protecting existing business from competitors is required.
    17. Experience selling in the physician, clinical and hospital environment is desired. Contacts within and knowledge of Regenerative Medicine, Aesthetics, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care and Pain Management, and Orthopedics is desired.
    18. Strong work ethic and a track record of outside sales success.
