    What You'll Be Doing

    As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding relationships across your assigned territory.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and execute territory growth strategies throughout the Eastern U.S.
    • Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events
    • Build relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, treatment centers, and key decision-makers
    • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales meetings
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently achieve sales goals
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activity, forecast opportunities, and maintain accurate records
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support client success
    • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events
    • Become a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions to their needs

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys hunting for new business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in behavioral health with demonstrated success selling a service such as laboratory or toxicology
    • Proven success in business development, territory management, or healthcare sales
    • Experience managing opportunities within a CRM platform (HubSpot experience is a plus)
    • Demonstrated ability to develop new business through outbound prospecting
    • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven

    Preferred Locations

    Candidates should be located within the Western U.S., with preference given to:

    • Ohio
    • North Carolina
    • Pennsylvania

    Additional Western states may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
