Position Summary
The Regional Account Executive Support is a high-impact blend of sales operations, employee relations and fiscal oversight. This role is a partner to the Regional Account Executive team, responsible for architecting the end-to-end sales infrastructure. This role maximizes regional and national sales productivity by managing onboarding, commission reporting, and data integrity within the Luxor CRM. This role ensures the sales team is equipped to sell rather than focus on administration. This position is a large-scale executive assistant who will be a direct report to the VP of Commercial Sales.
Responsibilities
● Onboarding of new sales representatives as they join the team ● Responsible for the Sales Team Leaderboard, including revenue and KPI data. ● Responsible for creating various CRM reports to be provided to the VP of Sales. ● Responsible for monthly sales commission reporting ● Act as an intermediary between Regional Sales Executives and the rest of the company to ensure continuity and support for their success ● Vendor compliance requests for our Accounting, Priority Response, and Sales Team ● Responsible for researching and assisting the team with joining associations ● Responsible for working alongside the VP of Sales on our National Account Program ● Responsible for working with the Commercial Sales Team to bill clients for services
Skills
● Highly efficient problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. ● Experience working with a CRM (preferably Luxor); Slack; and Google Workspace ● Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
