ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MO NO REMOTE WORK

Promote good public relations and customer service among Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) Financial Services staff and all individuals having business with this office.

Assist with the financial services staff assigned to region to comply with polices of National Office and AGWM policies.

Give counsel and guidance on complex and sensitive issues involved in the financial activities of the region.

Continually strive to streamline the work flow process consulting with manager regarding feasibility and conformity to audit controls, IRS regulations, AGWM.

Become familiar and gain expertise with all related AGWM computer programs.

Maintain and monitor individual, ministry and work accounts, including opening and closing of accounts.

Process various reports.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all sensitive areas.

Qualifications:

High School diploma required.

Supervisory experience helpful.

PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

General office skills.

Accounting and bookkeeping skills.

Data entry.

Customer service.
