    Job Summary We have an excellent opportunity within the Illinois area. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Store Area Manager to oversee our operations across multiple franchised locations. The ideal candidate will reside in the state of Illinois and possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams to achieve sales targets and enhance operational processes. This role requires strategic planning, business development acumen, and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service.

    Duties

    Consult Franchisees and managers across various locations, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.

    Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, driving revenue growth within the assigned region.

    Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

    Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

    Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects that support business objectives.

    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team performance.

    Engage in strategic planning activities to set long-term goals for the district and ensure alignment with overall company strategy.

    Experience

    3 or more years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a retail or service-oriented environment.

    Strong background in sales management with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

    Demonstrated ability in process improvement and project management skills.

    Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.

    Strong analytical skills with a focus on profit and operational efficiency.
