**** REGIONAL-BASED SERVICES COORDINATOR
The Regional Based Services team helps drive innovation and destination stewardship regionally by facilitating regional strategic development, and carefully executing strategies with partners across the state. The team engages in a variety of different ways with Oregon’s Tourism Industry: sometimes that work is collaborating with Regional Destination Management Organizations on the Oregon coast on trail systems investments or working to develop online dashboards to track and leverage tourism investments around the state.
The Coordinator provides backbone administrative and logistics support for the s team and engage with internal Travel Oregon Teams and external partners across the state to help drive progress towards Travel Oregon's 10-Year Strategic Vision. This role provides a variety of specialized support services and coordination skills that enables efficient communication activities with regional partners, including providing meeting and small event logistics, and complex scheduling. This role serves as a Regional Based Services team liaison to internal teams and external partners, as well as aiding Regional Based Services team to ensure the department and team goals and mission are achieved.

Flexible Worktype Policy
This position is designated as Hybrid Remote. Business needs may require the employee to come into a designated workplace on a periodic basis. Travel, including overnight travel, approximately 6 days per quarter, may be required for this position.

Compensation
This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime. The annualized equivalent starting salary range is $58,100-$69,700.
