We are seeking a Regional Business Development Specialist to support our mission by strengthening relationships, promoting service awareness, and ensuring our partners have the resources they need.
** Position Overview**
The Regional Business Development Specialist builds and maintains strong partnerships within an assigned territory by engaging with hospitals, EMS agencies, fire departments, county officials, and other key partners. This role promotes CareFlite’s services, identifies opportunities for increased collaboration, and ensures customer needs are met across air, ground, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who excels in relationship building, communication, and independent work.

Qualifications
Required
Proven track record of driving results in EMS, healthcare business development, or strategic outreach, with the ability to build customer relationships, advance organizational goals, and deliver measurable impact.
Strong relationship-management and communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the designated territory, and various business stations/offices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail for extended periods.
