Regional Business Office Manager

We’re seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to oversee business operations across three high-performing ambulatory surgery centers in Germantown, TN, and Southaven, MS. Reporting directly to the Administrator, this is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and is ready to make a lasting difference in both patient care and team performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead a high-performing, customer-service-focused business office team, including:

• Surgery scheduling

• Patient admissions and registration

• Insurance verification

• Financial counseling

You'll be at the helm of key financial and operational functions, including:

• End-to-end revenue cycle management

• Monthly financial close

• Payroll oversight for ~200 employees

• Accounts payable/receivable

• Compliance with industry standards and internal policies

• Hiring, training, and performance management

• Leading process improvement initiatives with autonomy and purpose

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field

• 5+ years of business office management experience , with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong background in payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and financial operations

• Familiarity with Advantx or similar automated accounting systems

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Experience working with a broad range of third-party payers

• A collaborative, can-do attitude and a passion for service excellence
