Job Title: Regional CDL-A Driver - 99% No Touch - $0.70 CPM + Safety Bonus Job Type: Full-time, W2 Pay: $0.70 CPM ($1,300-1500 weekly average)

Accessory & Extra Pay Packages:

• Monthly S &P Bonus: Earn up to an extra 10 CPM monthly for maintaining safety and productivity metrics.
• Stop Pay: $50 for each additional stop.
• Detention & Layover: $15/hour after the first 2 hours; $100 for every 24 hours of layover.
• Clean Inspection Bonus: $100 cash in your pocket per clean inspection.
• Referral Program: Know other good drivers? Earn a $2,000 referral bonus.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Typical schedule is 5 nights out followed by 2 full nights at home.
• Full W2 employee benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision).

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of local, regional, or OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 5 years.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience specific to dry van or reefer trailers.
• Valid CDL-A.
