We’re hiring a Regional Clinical Director in Northern California (Bay Area) or Southern California who wants to shape the future of behavioral healthcare while leading high-performing clinical teams serving adults with severe mental illness.
You’ll step into a regional clinical leadership role focused on overseeing multiple outpatient behavioral health clinics. You’ll partner with operational and medical leadership to drive clinical excellence, improve patient outcomes, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and support the continued growth of innovative behavioral health programs.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an active California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist license
• You have 8+ years of post-licensure behavioral health experience with leadership responsibilities
• You have experience supervising multidisciplinary clinical teams in high-acuity settings such as PHP, IOP, or similar programs
• You enjoy building systems, developing people, and improving clinical outcomes
• You’re passionate about serving adults living with severe mental illness
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $175,000–$215,000
