    Title: Regional Clinical Insights Director - Hospital Cardiology

     

    Location: Northeast - Ideally based near a major airport in Boston, Greater New York, Philly, Pittsburgh, DC/Balt.

    Responsibilities:

    Field based position reporting into the Marketing team, working with influential clinical professionals and/or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather valuable insights on current trends in cardiac care, patient management, and treatment gaps. Further shape ongoing messaging, training programs, and customer engagement, as well as, future new product development initiatives.

    • Build relationships with key partnerships with leading cardiologists, cardiac centers, healthcare institutions, and KOLs in the cardiac field- ensuring products and solutions are aligned with the needs of healthcare providers.
    • Translate clinical feedback into actionable strategies.
    • Develop programs to drive advocacy & appropriate messaging to clinicians (digital content, events, trainings, collateral, and all other marketing channels).
    • Establish and manage an ongoing speaker program to promote the value proposition in the clinical setting (speaker events, webinars, symposia, etc.).
    • Create & deliver educational content and training programs for healthcare providers (webinars, workshops, and other clinical training).
    • Represent company at national and international cardiology conferences, symposia, industry events, congresses and meetings to create high-impact interactions.

     

    Requirements:

    • Completed Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred. 
    • 7+ years of experience in professional relations, medical affairs, or healthcare marketing, within the clinical or medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
    • Cardiovascular or cardiac solutions experience required, with relationships and knowledge
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships to influence KOLs, cardiologists, academic institutions, and other key stakeholders in the cardiac care field.
    • Experience in organizing and managing educational programs, speaker engagements, and other professional relations initiatives.
    • Strong skills in program management, data analysis, presentations, strategic thinking,  

     

    Compensation:

    Base salary $170k plus bonus. PTO, 401k, health/dental, car & technology allowance.
