    Role Summary:

    The Regional Business Development & Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value construction projects across the Greater Boston Area. This role is ideal for a proactive sales leader who thrives on strategic growth, collaboration, and exceeding targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development & Market Expansion

    Identify and pursue new residential and commercial construction opportunities.

    Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer demand, and regional trends.

    Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.

    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.

    Sales Strategy & Execution

    Develop and present customized proposals, bids, and estimates in collaboration with the preconstruction team.

    Manage CRM records to track activity, follow-ups, and opportunity stages.

    Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with company goals.

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Client Relationship Management

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.

    Ensure smooth transitions from sales to project management.

    Maintain relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

    Marketing Contribution

    Partner with the marketing team on regional advertising and brand campaigns.

    Provide insights into customer behavior and preferences to refine positioning strategies.
