We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account offering frequent home time, consistent freight, and strong earning potential . This position involves store deliveries with live unloads and is ideal for drivers who are comfortable staying active on the job.

⭐ Position Details

• Home Time: Home 3–4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
• Freight: 100% touch freight — live unload at store locations
• Running Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV (within ~700 miles of Front Royal, VA)
• Miles: Average 1,500 miles per week
• Stops: 1–6 stops per trailer
• Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Minimum 3 loads per week required
• Workdays vary based on delivery routing and home time scheduling

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300+
• Top Performers: Up to $2,000/wee

Additional Pay:

• $250 per full trailer unload
• $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads
• $35 backhaul pay

Mileage Pay (Experience-Based):

• $0.60 CPM (0 months)
• $0.61 CPM (12 months)
• $0.63 CPM (24 months)
• $0.65 CPM (36 months)
• $0.70 CPM (48 months)
• $0.71 CPM (60 months)
• $0.72 CPM (84 months)
• $0.73 CPM (120+ months)

• Valid Class A CDL
• 3 months class A tractor trailer experience required
• Must meet DOT hiring requirements
