We're currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account. This position offers weekly home time, dedicated freight, and consistent routes throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Drivers on this account perform driver unload deliveries using a roller system and are home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
About the Position
- Dedicated regional account
- Weekly home time (34-hour reset)
- Approximately 1,100 miles per week
- Minimum of 3 loads per week
- Typically 1–6 delivery stops per trailer
- 100% touch freight***
- Driver unload using rollers
- Routes may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on dispatch schedules
Operating Area
Freight primarily runs throughout:
- Virginia
- North Carolina
- Washington, D.C.
- Pennsylvania
- West Virginia
- Ohio
- New Hampshire
Compensation
Base mileage pay is based on verified experience:
- 0–11 months: $0.77 CPM
- 12–23 months: $0.78 CPM
- 24–35 months: $0.79 CPM
- 36+ months: $0.80 CPM
Additional compensation may include:
- $265 per full trailer unload
- $15 stop pay
- $125 weekly bonus for completing 3 or more loads
- $35 per backhaul
When mileage pay and eligible accessorial pay are combined, all-in pay may reach approximately $1.44 per mile , depending on miles driven, unloads, stops, backhauls, and other qualifying compensation.
- Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,750
- Higher earnings may be achieved based on productivity and applicable compensation programs.
Sign-on bonus available.
Paid Training
Qualified drivers receive paid ride-along training with an experienced driver following orientation.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Be physically capable of unloading freight using a roller system
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
- Be authorized to work in the United States
