We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director to lead multiple Mathnasium learning centers. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who is passionate about education and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operations of multiple Mathnasium locations in East Valley, Phoenix, AZ

Lead, coach, and support Center Directors to achieve enrollment, retention, and performance goals

Monitor and analyze center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement

Implement best practices in customer service, staff management, and instructional quality

Support recruitment, training, and development of staff at all centers

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and brand guidelines

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability

Collaborate with the franchise owner on strategy, budgeting, and long-term growth

Qualifications

2+ years of multi-site management experience, preferably in education, retail, or service industries

Proven leadership and team development skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (Master’s a plus)

Passion for education and making a difference in students' lives

Willingness to travel within the region as needed
