    The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is responsible for the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotels within a designated region. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to maximize guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across all assigned properties. Responsibilities: • Provide timely performance reports, financial updates, and operational insights to stakeholders, including owners and corporate leadership. • Promote a customer-focused culture by delivering outstanding guest experiences, conducting regular guest satisfaction surveys and utilizing feedback to continually improve service and experience. • Conduct property inspections, enforce regulatory and franchise compliance, and address concerns to uphold brand standards. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while cultivating a positive, inclusive, and goal-oriented work environment. • Manage all daily hotel operational areas, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and F&B to ensure smooth and efficient execution. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (B.A.), three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with the ability to evaluate performance and pinpoint areas for improvement. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present effectively to stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing business needs with frequent overnight travel, as such, should be available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • Proven ability to manage diverse teams, delegate effectively, and develop talent across multiple property locations. Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly
