Company & Role Overview

A growing, multi-site childcare and daycare organization with locations throughout Philadelphia is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee performance across all centers.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing site administrators and regional leadership, driving execution across locations, and building the structure needed to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple daycare locations throughout Philadelphia
• Manage and support site administrators and regional leadership
• Drive consistency, accountability, and operational standards across all centers
• Regularly visit locations to ensure strong execution, staffing, and performance
• Act as the escalation point for operational and staffing challenges
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal standards
• Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements
• Support hiring, training, and development of on-site leadership

Ideal Candidate

• Background in healthcare, childcare, or another regulated, service-based environment
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) or similar leadership role preferred
• Strong experience overseeing multi-site operations
• Hands-on, field-driven operator who can lead from the front

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Experience managing locations and site-level leaders
• Strong understanding of compliance-driven environments
• Proven ability to drive operational performance and accountability
• Comfortable traveling between locations regularly
• Strong leadership and team development skills
