    The Regional Director of Revenue Management (RDRM) is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for driving topline performance across an assigned portfolio of ARK Hospitality hotels. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Ownership, and Brand to optimize rate, mix, channel, and profitability, while ensuring disciplined forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial alignment. This position is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a revenue leader who can think like an owner, communicate with clarity, and influence results at scale. Responsibilities: Revenue Strategy & Performance • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and RGI • Lead pricing, yield, and inventory strategies across all segments and channels • Optimize channel mix with a strong focus on direct, negotiated, and extended-stay business • Identify performance gaps and deploy tactical recovery plans for underperforming assets • Evaluate displacement, compression, and demand patterns to support strategic decisions Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting accuracy across the portfolio • Partner with Sales and Operations on annual budgets, reforecasts, and owner commentary • Ensure clean data, accurate coding, and consistent reporting standards • Leverage tools such as Lighthouse, Kalibri, Demand360, PMS, and brand systems • Translate complex data into clear, owner-safe insights and action plans Commercial Collaboration • Act as a key commercial partner to MDOS, DOS, RDS, GMs, and Operations • Align rate and demand strategy with sales initiatives, blitzes, and account production • Support new hotel openings, transitions, and ramp-up strategies • Participate in owner calls, asset reviews, and strategy sessions as needed Leadership & Influence • Coach and develop revenue leaders • Establish cadence, accountability, and best practices across the portfolio • Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership, brand partners, and internal stakeholders Qualifications: • 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience, preferably multi-property • Strong background in select-service and/or extended-stay hotels • Proven success driving RevPAR and profitability at scale • Advanced knowledge of revenue systems and analytics tools • Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex data • Comfortable presenting to ownership and executive leadership • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented • Willingness to travel as needed to support the portfolio Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000
