    Based at Rolling Hills Hospitality – Downtown Cincinnati Position Overview The Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) is responsible for leading the sales strategy and revenue growth for several hotels in the Urban Core, the Downtown Cincinnati / Riverfront market. These hotels have national affiliations with Marriott & IHG. This position is based at the Rolling Hills Hospitality corporate office in downtown Cincinnati and provides strategic leadership, business development, and direct sales support for all three properties. The RDOS will manage and mentor the on-site sales teams at each hotel to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies, revenue goals, and brand initiatives. This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial Performance and Strategy for Rolling Hills Hospitality. Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership • Develop and execute portfolio-wide sales strategies to maximize revenue performance across all hotels. • Identify new business opportunities within corporate, group, leisure, and local market segments. • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to maintain a strong competitive position. • Ensure alignment with ownership, brand, and commercial strategy goals. **** Portfolio Sales Management • Lead, mentor, and support the on-site sales teams at each hotel. • Conduct regular property visits to guide sales strategy, coaching, and team development. • Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and provide accountability across the portfolio. • Implement best practices, brand programs, and consistent sales processes across all properties. **** Business Development • Achieve and exceed annual revenue, ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR targets. • Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts, meeting planners, and travel partners. • Conduct proactive sales calls, site visits, networking events, and industry functions to generate new business. Qualifications: Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. • 5–8+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience. • Multi-property, regional sales, or large full-service hotel management experience preferred. • Strong background in corporate, group, and transient hotel sales. • Experience with Marriott systems preferred. • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals and drive market share growth. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
