The Regional Director of Sales is a dynamic leader who drives growth, inspires teams, and shapes the sales strategy across Structure Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels. This role is all about creating momentum—building lasting client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and positioning our hotels as the top choice in each market. As the Regional Director, you’ll guide property-level sales teams with energy and focus, providing coaching, resources, and strategic direction to help them achieve and exceed their goals. You’ll collaborate with General Managers, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure our sales efforts are aligned, competitive, and innovative. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple hotels to maximize revenue, capture new business, and strengthen key accounts. • Personally manage and grow relationships with corporate accounts, group business, travel partners, and local demand drivers. • Prospect for new business opportunities in each market and convert them into long-term partnerships. • Partner with General Managers and Revenue Management to ensure property pricing, promotions, and positioning support sales goals. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to proactively adjust sales efforts and stay ahead of demand shifts. Qualifications: • Strong portfolio management skills, with the ability to drive revenue across multiple properties without direct on-property sales teams. • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining corporate, group, and travel industry accounts. • Excellent prospecting and business development skills , with a hunter mentality and ability to convert leads into lasting partnerships. • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, market segmentation, and competitive analysis. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills , with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-property environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with hotel sales tools/CRMs; Delphi or similar systems a plus. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
