Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of on-property Directors of Sales, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across our hotel portfolio. • Collaborate with General Managers to identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring long-term success. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to sales team members, empowering their growth. • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and achieve targets consistently. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of multi-property or regional hotel sales experience. • Strong record of success in corporate, group, and travel segments. • Ability to manage sales for multiple properties and priorities effectively. • Proven prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. • Strong communication, organization, and presentation abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales CRMs; Delphi experience preferred. • Willingness to travel to support assigned hotels and markets. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Base salary + Bonus
