    Structure Hospitality is growing across multiple markets with a portfolio of midscale and upper midscale hotels. We are hiring a Regional Director of Sales to lead sales performance, drive revenue, and expand our client base. This is both a leadership and selling role. At some hotels, you will lead and develop on-property Directors of Sales. At others, you will be the direct seller, working alongside the General Manager to secure new business and strengthen key accounts. You will manage multi-property sales performance and ensure consistent revenue growth. The role combines strategy, market engagement, and hands-on execution. You will identify new opportunities, grow existing partnerships, and deliver measurable results across the portfolio. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned hotels to drive market share and revenue growth. • Lead, coach, and evaluate property-level sales teams to ensure consistent performance. • Prospect and close new corporate, group, and travel business across all assigned markets. • Build and maintain relationships with top accounts and key demand drivers. • Collaborate with General Managers and Revenue Management to align pricing, promotions, and market positioning. • Oversee RFP submissions and ensure accurate, timely responses. • Conduct market visits and sales calls to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships. • Review production reports, analyze market trends, and recommend strategic adjustments. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of multi-property or regional hotel sales experience. • Strong record of success in corporate, group, and travel segments. • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively. • Proven prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. • Strong communication, organization, and presentation abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales CRMs; Delphi experience preferred. • Willingness to travel to support assigned hotels and markets. • Confident, self-driven, and accountable to results Compensation: Base salary 70,000 to 80,000. Bonus equal to 15% of base, paid quarterly. Blue Cross Blue Shield medical, dental, and vision. Paid vacation. Hotel discounts.
