Regional Director of Clinical Services

Integrity Placement Group is recruiting for a Regional Director of Clinical Services to support skilled nursing facilities in the greater Virginia Beach area.

The Regional Director of Clinical Services assesses, plans, evaluates, advises, and recommends actions to be taken to ensure the highest practicable level of outcome of patient care. They will facilitate implementation of and ensures compliance with all clinical programs.

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• With Shared 24/7 Accountability
• Assisting center management with the development of action plans following audits and monitors action plan follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Valid RN (Registered Nurse ) License
• 2 Years Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Nursing Leadership Experience
• Clinical Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Minimum five years’ experience in the areas of Nursing Administration and education.
• Experience in Post-Acute, Geriatric and Rehabilitation Setting.
• Ability to Travel with Overnight Travel Required
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill
