    Regional Director of Operations

    Position Overview

    Aligned Solutions is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for a well respected company. The Regional Director of Operations oversees the performance, growth, and operational standards of multiple dental practices. This leader is responsible for driving financial results, strengthening team performance, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience across the region.

    The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional with strong financial acumen, leadership experience, and the ability to build trust with clinical and administrative teams. Success requires accountability, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

    Location and Travel Expectations

    • Candidates located in Central or South Florida are preferred.

    • This is a hybrid position.

    • Travel to supported practices throughout the southern United States is required approximately two to four times per month, depending on the candidate’s location.

    • A valid driver’s license is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Regional Director of Operations will lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites to ensure consistent growth and performance. Responsibilities include:

    • Increasing revenue by improving orthodontic case acceptance, enhancing provider productivity, and strengthening collections processes.

    • Managing expenses, overseeing vendor relationships, and identifying cost efficiencies to protect profitability.

    • Recruiting, developing, and mentoring office teams while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

    • Ensuring high patient satisfaction through strong customer service standards, well-maintained facilities, and timely resolution of concerns.

    • Overseeing clinical and administrative scheduling to maximize efficiency and capacity utilization.

    • Reviewing key performance indicators with office leadership and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.

    • Supporting regional marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.

    • Partnering with Human Resources on hiring, performance management, employee relations, compensation administration, and policy enforcement.

    • Maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and dental regulatory requirements.

    • Leading operational improvement initiatives and implementing new systems or software.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Candidates must have at least three years of experience in dentistry or a dental service organization.

    • Experience leading teams of ten or more employees is required.

    • Demonstrated success managing budgets or profit-and-loss statements and achieving financial targets is required.

    • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software is expected.

    The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Regular travel is required.
