Regional Director of Operations

Regional Director of Operations needed in Greenville, SC.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in a city located in the northwestern corner of the state of South Carolina. Greenville and the surrounding areas, situated at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, are commonly referred to as the Upstate.

This is with a very progress and financially stable Dental organization.

• The pay for this position is $95,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (Flexible Scheduling)
• Serve as liaison between regional practices and corporate office
• Ensure timely corrective actions prioritizing cost, safety, and patient care
• Manage design, construction, and renovation projects
• Support due diligence and integration of new acquisitions
• Oversee transition processes for acquired practices
• Communicate effectively with administrators and staff
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Travel frequently (moderate to heavy)
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and employment laws
• Supervise and schedule staff for efficient, quality care
• Overseeing 18 practices between North and South Carolina
• Traveling to the practices and work from home (80/20 for the 1st year & 60/40 after that)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Required (MBA Preferred)
• Minimum of two years of leadership/management required
• Multi-site management in health care required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
