Regional Director of Operations – Veterinary

We’re recruiting for an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead and help grow a group of veterinary hospitals throughout the Las Vegas area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the people + business side of veterinary medicine and wants real autonomy, influence and room to grow. You’ll partner closely with doctors and hospital leaders while helping develop strong teams, successful practices and new hospitals in the market.

And Vegas? 300+ days of sunshine, no state income tax, great restaurants and entertainment, plus incredible hiking, climbing and outdoor recreation just outside the city.

What you'll do

• Lead operations across multiple veterinary hospitals

• Coach and develop Practice Managers and hospital leaders

• Partner closely with DVMs and clinical teams

• Drive financial and operational performance

• Support recruiting, retention and team development

• Oversee budgeting, HR, inventory, compliance and facilities

• Help launch and grow new veterinary hospitals

• Identify opportunities to make practices and teams even stronger

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a strong multi-site operator and people leader, ideally with experience in veterinary medicine or a similar healthcare/service environment.

You’re comfortable with people, numbers and growth, and know how to build relationships while still driving results.

5+ years of leadership experience preferred. Multi-site veterinary experience is highly desirable.
