Regional Director of Operations – Las Vegas

Great opportunity to join a privately owned, well-funded veterinary group that is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead and grow a portfolio of veterinary hospitals in the Las Vegas area.

This role oversees multiple current practices while helping launch new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor hospitals. You’ll work directly with ownership in a founder-led organization focused on great medicine, strong teams and culture, and long-term growth, not short-term churn.

Ideal background:
We're looking for a great operator with 7+ years leading multi-site operations management in veterinary, pet, healthcare, dental or similar service operations. Strong experience in operations, HR, finance, marketing, and facilities. Veterinary experience preferred!

Key focus areas:

• Drive regional strategy and growth while owning the financial success of the market

• Lead and inspire multi-hospital teams and practice managers across the region

• Build winning cultures through strong HR leadership and scalable systems

• Optimize vendor partnerships and facilities for performance and patient care

• Spearhead the launch of brand-new, state-of-the-art hospitals (de novo)

Compensation:
• Base salary $95,000–$100,000+
• Bonus potential
• Equity opportunity!

Location: Greater Las Vegas area
Start: Immediate to early 2026
