Position: Regional Driver
Location: Fremont, OH
Start Date: Flexible based on availability

Job Details:

• Hiring Area: Regional routes within specified hiring areas.
• Lanes: Eastern half of the U.S., excluding NYC.
• Mileage: Average of 2,175 miles per week.
• Schedule: 5-6 days per week, routes vary, with 1-4 layovers required per week.
• Home Time: Minimum 34-hour restart over the weekend, usually Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon.

Equipment & Freight:

• Equipment: 2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks, automatic transmission, step deck flatbed trailers.
• Freight Type: New propane tanks.

Compensation:

• Mileage Pay: $0.75 per mile.
• Hourly Pay: $18 per hour.
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,725 - $1,825.
• Average Annual Pay: $90,000 - $95,000.

Bonuses & Additional Pay:

• Sign-On Bonus: $500, paid on the second paycheck.
• Referral Bonus: $3,000, paid out in increments: $1,000 on the 2nd paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days.
• Stop Pay: $50 per stop.
• Delay Pay: $25 per hour.
• Hazmat Pay: $100 for hauling a hazmat load.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 12 months flatbed experience.
• Additional Requirements: Winter driving experience, steel-toe boots, safety equipment (hard hat, gloves, vest, earplugs), and driver-assist unloading with securement verification.
• Hazmat Certification: Required for this position.
