Job Details:

• Position: We are hiring an experienced Regional Dry Van CDL A Truck Driver for a full-time, regional position.
• Home Time: Drivers are home weekly for a 36-48 hour reset, with the weekend being the goal.
• Routes: Your runs will be in a 6-state region that includes Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
• Freight: All freight is 100% no-touch and is mostly drop-and-hook.

Pay & Bonuses:

• Starting Pay: Starting wage is $0.53 per mile.
• Weekly Pay: You can earn between $1,350 and $1,580 per week.
• Guaranteed Pay: A $1,000 gross minimum pay guarantee is in place to provide financial security.
• Sign-On Bonus: A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.
• Referral Bonus: We offer a $3,000 referral bonus program.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of OTR experience in the last 5 years is required.
• Work History: No more than 2 jobs in the last 12 months, or 5 jobs in the last 5 years.
• Violations: No serious violations in the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.
• Accidents: No DOT-reportable accidents, rollovers, or rear-end collisions in the last 3 years.
