At Math Teachers Press, we are dedicated to helping all students succeed in mathematics—especially those who struggle most. We support educators with research-based assessments and engaging, hands-on instructional resources designed for intervention and supplemental instruction.

We are expanding our sales team and seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to manage and grow a defined territory. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong presentation skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

• ** Achieve** individual sales goals within the assigned territory
• ** Develop and execute** a strategic territory sales plan, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management
• ** Conduct** sales activities such as cold calls, virtual meetings, in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and conference presentations
• ** Build and maintain** strong relationships with district leaders, educators, and decision-makers
• ** Develop expertise** in Moving with Math products and serve as a subject matter expert
• ** Deliver** compelling sales presentations, professional development sessions, and webinars
• ** Utilize** a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions
• ** Maintain** accurate and timely records in CRM, including daily updates, activity tracking, and sales reporting

Qualifications

• Proven success in territory or outside sales (education or EdTech preferred)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience working with K–12 schools or districts
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for improving student outcomes in mathematics
