Regional Fitness Manager:

The Regional Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing the fitness and training standards across multiple Orangetheory Fitness studios. This role will ensure that every location upholds Orangetheory's commitment to delivering exceptional fitness experiences through highly effective workout program delivery, a high-performance coaching team, and consistent, high-quality member engagement.

Location: This person will be responsible for studios in the Northern VA market.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop Head Coaches for ongoing success and future growth through studio visits and quarterly Head Coach performance reviews.

Manage disciplinary actions involving Head Coaches within their assigned market.

Responsible for facilitating quarterly Learn and Burns within their assigned market.

Responsible for hosting OTFit Certifications as needed within their assigned market.

Responsible for monitoring the Post-Cert Development Plan for Studio Directors/Head Coaches who have new coaches.

Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI) goals.

Responsible for coaching up to 6 classes per week within their assigned market.

Will be required to attend all scheduled meetings and learning opportunities provided by the company.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience as an OTF Head Coach

Proven experience in training, coaching, and providing feedback

Must be fully certified with the following credentials:

NCCA primary certification from OTF approved providers list

Adult CPR/AED certification

OTFit Certificate Program - Phase 1

Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer expertise

Display outgoing attitude and high energy with the ability to motivate and train employees

Possess honesty, integrity, and accountability qualities

Strong attention to detail and organization

Self-starter, high level of motivation
