Position: Regional Studio Manager
BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Regional Studio Manager (RSM) for our Northern Colorado Region. As an integral part of the leadership team, the RSM will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service in the Northern Colorado Region. This is a base + bonus + equity role.

Responsibilities
The RSM works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability
Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
Host weekly staff meetings and ongoing performance reviews
Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly
Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
This is a minimum 50 hour per week role, including some nights and weekends
Qualifications
3+ years of Customer Service experience with proven results
3+ years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience
Significant and demonstrable desire to win and an extremely high sense of urgency to do whatever it takes at all time.
