The Role

As Regional GM, you’ll lead this flavor-powered operation across multiple shops — managing daily flow, developing killer teams, and helping guide Boom’s next phase of growth. We’re Born of Hard Times — and we’re building something people believe in.
What You’ll Do
🔥 Lead the Pizza Revolution
Oversee ops at 2–3 Boom’s locations, from dough drop to guest drop-off
Work side-by-side with store teams to keep quality, consistency, and energy on point
Uphold the standards that make our pizza great — cold ferment timelines, kitchen flow, bake technique, and thoughtful service
🌱 Build the Team Culture
Hire, train, and grow the next wave of Boom’s leaders
Host performance reviews with transparency and care
