Regional General Manager Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 annually + Bonus Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional General Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations and lead our teams to operational excellence. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial performance, maintaining brand standards, and developing management teams across the region. This position is for the Eugene, OR Market and would need to relocate to perform all needed functions for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct leadership, support, and coaching to General Managers within your region.
Ensure each location is meeting financial, service, and operational goals.
Drive sales growth and profitability through effective planning, staffing, and cost controls.
Uphold consistent brand standards across all locations, including guest experience, food quality, and compliance.
Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
Recruit, train, and develop management talent to build strong, high-performing teams.
Analyze P&L reports and implement strategies to maximize performance.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for all regional operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in full-service restaurants.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven success in driving financial results and building strong teams.
Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational management.
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing business performance.
Willingness to travel regularly between locations.
