    About Us Captain Kicks Soccer and Young Ninjas USA are youth enrichment programs serving children ages 2–10 through fun, structured soccer and martial arts classes. We partner with schools, community centers, and families across L.A.We pride ourselves on exceptional client service, smooth program execution, and long-term school partnerships.

    About this Position:

    We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven leader to oversee program quality and drive new partner growth across the West LA, Hollywood, South Bay and the Valley.

    This is a hybrid field leadership and business development role. Four days per week will be spent in the field observing sessions, supporting partners, evaluating coaches, and ensuring exceptional program quality. One day per week will focus on outbound sales outreach and scheduling demos to grow new school partnerships.

    This role requires strong coaching ability, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and comfort with significant local travel.

    Schedule

    20 hours per week guaranteed (1pm–5pm, Monday–Friday)

    $25/hour

    Mileage reimbursed

    Core Responsibilities

    Field Leadership & Quality Control (4 Days/Week)

    Observe classes and evaluate instructors using our scoring system

    Provide real-time coaching feedback to staff

    Ensure program quality and brand standards

    Meet with school directors to maintain strong relationships

    Support new season launches

    Step in to cover classes when needed

    Run high-energy demo sessions to secure new partners

    Assist with inventory drop-off and distribution to coaches

    Take photos during sessions to document programs and support marketing

    Sales & Growth (1 Day/Week)

    Research and identify potential school and community partners

    Make outbound calls and send emails to schedule demos

    Manage follow-ups and maintain pipeline tracking

    Help convert demos into long-term partnerships
