    Quest Energy Group (www.questenergygroup.com) is leading the search for a Regional Human Resources Manager on behalf of a global subsea and energy services provider. This role is designed for a strategic HR leader who thrives in multicultural, multi-country environments and wants to drive impact across the US, Central America, and the Caribbean.

    About the Role

    As the Regional HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to executive and operational leadership while overseeing a team of four HR professionals. You will be responsible for shaping and executing HR initiatives that align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance across diverse geographies.

    This role goes beyond day-to-day HR operations—it requires someone with international HR expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to harmonize policies, practices, and people strategies across multiple countries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and develop a regional HR team of four; drive performance, accountability, and professional growth.

    • Regional Oversight – Oversee HR initiatives across the United States, Guyana, and Trinidad, ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and local employment regulations.

    • Strategic Partnership – Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development programs.

    • Employee Relations & Engagement – Foster a positive, high-performance culture by promoting employee engagement, talent retention, and leadership development.

    • Compensation & Benefits – Manage compensation programs and coordinate with benefits brokers to optimize competitive offerings across multiple regions.

    • HRIS & Systems – Support and enhance the company’s HRIS system; leverage data for reporting, decision-making, and continuous process improvements.

    • Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to U.S. and international employment laws, including policies across Central America and the Caribbean.

    • Cross-Border HR Expertise – Navigate the complexities of multi-country HR, including regional benefits, labor relations, and cultural nuances.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 7–10+ years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country leadership role.

    • Proven experience working with international HR operations (preferably U.S. + Central America and/or Caribbean).

    • Familiarity with subsea, marine, offshore, or energy services industries is a strong plus.

    • Hands-on experience with benefits brokers and an understanding of compensation and benefits programs.

    • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and ability to optimize system use.

    • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.

    • U.S. Work Authorization required.
