A growing fuel service maintenance company tied to several growing chains of convenience stores is in search of a seasoned Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the Area Maintenance Managers and Techs. The right candidate will have a strong leadership background and be well versed in maintaining fuel systems and all facilities maintenance associated with the convenience store business. This candidate will be focused on equipment up-time, proper Tech scheduling, compliance, client relationships, and meeting all KPIs.

Compensation for this role will include a base salary in the 110k-130k range, company vehicle, phone, and laptop, EOY bonus, full benefits and incentives.

The right candidate will have:

\- A high school diploma

\- College or equivalent military or field experience

\- Real world experience managing maintenance crews in a fuel service environment

\- Clean DMV, background, and drug test
