Stretch Zone is a national franchise with 400 locations and the leader in practitioner-assisted stretching. The Stretch Zone Method uses innovative techniques to enhance mobility, reduce muscle tightness, and improve athletic performance.
Regional Manager Summary
The Regional Manager (RM) drives long-term strategy and oversees operations and financial performance for multiple studios. This role leads stretch practitioners and sales associates and requires strong B2C/B2B business development experience, excellence in client relations, sales performance, procedural compliance, and operational and marketing execution.
The RM implements companywide standards, communicates regularly with franchisee and corporate teams, and supports all studios and offsite events. This role safeguards the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand by ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for members and guests. The RM must be sales-savvy and comfortable working directly with clients.
The Regional Manager is eager to learn and master Stretch Zone sales and stretching techniques, both required for training. This role may require physical endurance, including standing, sitting, and stretching for extended periods. The RM will perform direct sales and one-on-one assisted stretching sessions as needed and is responsible for coaching and leading teams to achieve monthly performance goals across locations.
Primary Responsibilities
Directs day-to-day operations in person at two Miami Beach locations
Manages hiring, training, development, timesheets, and payroll
Optimizes schedules and workflows for efficiency
Oversees digital marketing and social media calendars
Leads business development initiatives and revenue growth
Executes in-studio promotions and community/partner events
Maintains proactive account management and supports retention
Contributes to standardized operating procedures
Enforces all policies and procedures
Enhances services and delivers exceptional client experiences
Provides sales and assisted stretching support as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
3+ years in a similar management role
Results-driven, self-motivated, and technologically proficient
Multi-unit management experience
Strong sales background with proven results
Ability to build and execute strategic business plans
Strong goal-setting, accountability, and reporting skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High ethical standards and professional demeanor
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to manage diverse personalities and staffing needs
Ability to create and implement marketing plans
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
Private transportation required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
College degree preferred

Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: 9 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday–Friday; some holidays and occasional weekends
Salary: $65,000 + commissions (up to $75,000/year)
Locations: 33139 & 33141 (private transportation required)
