    Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a results-driven Regional Director to lead multiple spa locations throughout the Charlotte Metro area.

    This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives on developing teams, driving sales performance, and creating exceptional client experiences. The Regional Director partners closely with General Managers to build strong cultures, achieve business goals, and develop future leaders.

    Your Region

    5 spa locations across North Carolina

    Annual revenue responsibility of $5M–$7M

    What You'll Do

    Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and spa leadership teams

    Drive sales growth, membership performance, and profitability across the region

    Maintain accountability for regional KPIs and overall business performance

    Recruit, hire, and develop top talent

    Ensure a consistent, world-class client experience across all locations

    Partner with leaders to optimize staffing, productivity, and operational excellence

    Execute marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives

    Support new spa openings, acquisitions, and integration efforts

    Oversee reporting, payroll, inventory, and operational expenses

    What We're Looking For

    3–5+ years of leadership experience (multi-unit leadership strongly preferred)

    Proven success driving sales and operational performance

    Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities

    Experience in spa, wellness, retail, hospitality, fitness, or membership-based businesses is a plus

    Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
