    Regional Manager

    Location:  Irving, Texas (DFW) or Fairlawn, NJ (NW New Jersey)

    Our well known client is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales efforts across a defined Region. This role will oversee a team, drive growth initiatives, and support clinical education and marketing programs. Responsibilities include field training, CRM management, trade show support, and cross-functional collaboration with digital, clinical, and customer service teams. This is a high-travel role with significant involvement in sales strategy, performance coaching, and event leadership.

    Job Description

    • Oversee sales activity for assigned Region
    • Travel throughout United States & Mexico to support sales activity, clinical and marketing initiatives.
    • Travel to all America continents to support Mega’Gen activity and educational and trade show events.
    • Work with customers to discuss evolving needs and to assess the quality of company’s relationship with them.
    • Work with Sales Director to maintain company profit and territory goals.
    • Work closely with Customer Service Manager, Digital, CBCT and Clinical Team to meet company sales initiatives, growth, and profitability.
    • Implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales goals for assigned territories.
    • Provide surgical, prosthetic, digital, and account support for sales growth.
    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in accounts.
    • Must be willing to travel up to 75% within assigned territory, including select weekends to support trade shows and other educational events.
    • Field training with new sales representatives.
    • On-line training with new-hire sales representatives.
    • Provide chair-side support for new hires and customers.
    • Coordinate and facilitate monthly training seminars and leadership to improve sales process, technique, closing and customer satisfaction.
    • Support customer service and sales team with customer base in assigned territories.
    • Work with Universities and teaching institutions to build brand awareness and usage.
    • Work to support education, trade show, DSO, GPO’s, and group practices with the Sales Team.
    • Manage expenses, reports, and activities within assigned territory.
    • Manage CRM in assigned Region, including the following;
    1. Assigned reps daily entries, including details notes and future schedule.
    2. Lead follow-up with detailed notes,
    • Work in partnership with sales team and leadership to build education efforts, including:
    1. Live Surgical - Internationally and State level.
    2. Study Club's and continuums.
    3. Evening programs and Road Shows.
    4. Specialist programs.
    5. Education for each territory to build awareness and sales.
    6. Trade Shows and industry events.
    • Work with Vice President of Sales to establish sales goals and forecasts.
    • Work with Vice President of Sales to develop and implement new sales and training initiatives.
    • Work with Vice President of Sales to design cross selling programs and campaigns.
    • Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new team members.
    • Travel throughout United States & Mexico to support sales activity, clinical and marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Field Training and Co-travel – 3 or 4 weeks per month and 4-days per week, excluding trade-shows, educational events and live surgical courses.
    • Submit weekly schedules with detail in CRM, including detailed description of plan and follow-up from daily activities for the office week.
    • Submit co-travel report in provided template by weeks-end to Regional Sales Manager, copying Vice President of Sales, Sales Director, and Managing Director.
    • Meet sales growth and new customer acquisition as determined by Mega’Gen headquarters.
    • Manage and direct compliance of CRM.
    • Manage and direct expense management and control.
    • Understand and manage market conditions for each territory.
    • Assist Vice President of Sales and Sales Director to monitor reps placed on PIP.
    • Scheduled bi-weekly check-in calls with Sales Director and individuals on PIP to discuss opportunities, best practices, products, and solutions.
    • Scheduled monthly check-in calls with sales team to discuss opportunities, best practices, products, and solutions.
    • Schedule monthly calls with all Regional Managers and Sales Director to discuss opportunities, best practices, accommodations, ideas, and challenges facing the company.
    • Co-travel report must be completed and submitted within one-week of completed co-travel.
    • Guide and mentor the sales team for educational events in respective territories.

    Experience Requirements

    • Proven track record of success.
    • A minimum of 2-years of dental implant experience, including chair-side support.
    • 1-2 years of Management experience appreciated, but not required.

    Salary and Benefits

    • $115,000-125,000 annually
    • Commission for sales in assigned Region
    • Paid Quarterly
    • Standard MegaGen America Benefits package.
  • Compensation
    $175,000-$200,000 per year
